Common questions
The plant was identified wrongly.
Retake the photo closer to the leaves or flowers in daylight, or photograph the nursery label (Pro). You can always edit the name and keep the care plan, or add the plant by hand.
I did not get a reminder.
Check Settings → Notifications on your iPhone allows Gardenbell, and that Focus modes are not silencing it. Reminders for the same day are grouped into one alert per care type; open the app to see the full list.
Watering was marked done but I did not water.
It probably rained enough near the plant, or a sprinkler run was reported. The history line says which. Tap the task to undo, or lower the rain threshold in Settings → Watering automation.
How do I cancel or manage Gardenbell Pro?
Bought in the app: Settings → Gardenbell Pro → Manage subscription, or your Apple Account’s Subscriptions page. Bought on this website: use the “Manage subscription” link in your purchase email or write to us. You keep Pro until the paid period ends.
I bought Pro but the app still says Free.
Open Settings → Gardenbell Pro and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with Apple in the app, since Pro is linked to that account.
How do I move to a new iPhone?
Install Gardenbell and sign in with the same Apple Account. Your plants, photos and history come back on their own.
How do I delete my account and data?
Settings → Account → Delete account. Everything on our servers and on the phone is erased and any web subscription is cancelled. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Sprinklers
Aiper IrriSense connects from Settings → Watering automation with your Aiper login. Other systems (Rachio, Home Assistant, IFTTT, Shortcuts) can report a finished run through a webhook you create in the same place. OtO has no connection of its own; mirror its schedule on the zone instead.
